Vinyl lettering has become one of the standards for producing sign faces as well as automotive and window graphics. It comes a in wide range of colors and grades.
Images can also be digitally printed on vinyl then contour cut to create colorful, custom shaped graphics for any application. Sheet or roll stock is fed into a specialized cutter called a plotter and a pre-designed image is then cut through the vinyl film. The unwanted material is pulled up (weeded) leaving only the desired image attached to the plastic or paper back liner. The weeded image is then covered with transfer paper and the back liner removed to expose the vinyl’s adhesive side. It can then be applied to any substrate and burnished down for long term attachment
