By experimenting with and mastering the use of different media, Garrett Sign Company is able to offer to our clients unique design options that are not traditionally found in most sign companies. Each of our signs is listed with underwriters laboratories and must meet the highest quality standards for compliance.
During fabrication proper planning is important for building in easy access to all of the electrical components. This ensures that in the event of a repair, the work will be executed in a quick efficient manner resulting in minimal expenditures.
The use of self regulating electronic ballasts and transformers provide proper loading for electrical components. This eliminates ongoing maintenance problems from over worked, improperly loaded lighting systems.
Each sign's electrical lighting is load tested for proper tolerances during our quality control review and must be approved before it can be released for installation.
As the sign ages the cold weather rapid start function of our components ensures long life by not stressing the components during extreme conditions.
The use of proper sockets and electrical connecters as well as proper drainage of condensation is also critical in maintaining your investment.
Sign panels and individual letter faces must be produced to exact specifications with expansion and contraction factored in. This prevents damage and stress that would eventually lead to break down or failure.
A great deal of planning, experience and consideration must go into producing your sign.
Our pledge to our customers is that they will only have to invest in purchasing their sign once.
